The Metropolitan Council’s general internship program offers applicants a unique internship experience while working through the public sector providing on the job training, professional relationships, and participation in team projects and enriching professional development.
About the Urban Scholars Internships:
The Metropolitan Council’s Urban Scholars program provides students from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds a distinctive professional experience focused on gaining essential leadership skills and creating a resume-building career pathway.
Metropolitan Council Urban Scholar Internship Program includes a paid internship at $15.50/hr. and provides free transit passes valid throughout the Internship experience
Must be enrolled in a post-secondary education program OR Be a recent graduate (within 12 months) from a post-secondary education program
